Villa Gunes is located in Uzumlu area of Kalkan. The property has one bedroom with a jacuzzi. Villa Gunes is higly suitable for our conservative guests thanks to its secluded design. Kalkan town center can be reached within a 15 minute drive. The interior of the property offers a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. The outdoor area includes a sheltered private pool with jacuzzi section, sun loungers, a parasol, table football, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and BBQ.

The modern living room features a sofa set, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, sun loungers, a parasol, a swing seat, a table football, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
