Villa Gulay is 5 bedroom villa for up to 10 guests, situated in the hearth of Kalkan where is just opposite the weekly market. Position of the property makes it easy to access supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is just 10-12 minute walk from the harbour or beach clubs around. The villa is built on 3 floors so the views out over Kalkan and out to sea are delightful. For more relaxation, an open air double jacuzzi is situated on the rooftop terrace. There is also a table tennis if you desire competition and fun together.

5. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second/top floor. 

Living Room

Sea view open plan living area has plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker and air conditioning. Sliding glass doors open out on the spacious outdoor terrace and pool.

Terrace and Pool

Lovely and extensive pool terrace features ample sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating situated in middle and left side of the terrace, shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
