Villa Grey Falcon is a magnificent property in Kiziltas district of Kalkan. Built in 2023, it is one of two identical villas sitting side by side. The villa is positioned about a 5-6 minute drive from Kalkan town center which can be accessed by a hired car or taxi. The villa offers breathtaking views that can be enjoyed throughout the property. It houses 6 bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The living area, dining area and kitchen are spacious and imbued with luxury. Outside, you are welcomed by a large swimming pool with jacuzzi jets. The outdoor space is further enhanced with sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table, BBQ and kitchenette.

Note : Villa Grey Falcon is located next to Villa Royal Falcon, allowing the option to rent both properties together. This presents an excellent opportunity for large families or groups of friends to enjoy a holiday together.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table, a BBQ and kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
