The villa with a stunning view is an ideal holiday villa for large families, complete with a private pool. Our villa also has a security camera and a tumble dryer. Without a doubt, our villa, which overlooks the most beautiful view in Kalkan, has been meticulously prepared. 1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, air conditioning, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a make-up table, and a toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double bed, air conditioning, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a make-up table, and a toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a washing machine, and a toilet in the bathroom. This bedroom has access to a roof terrace with two sun loungers, an open sofa, two chairs, and a table. This luxury villa overlooks the Mouse and Snake Islands of Kalamar Bay and can be enjoyed from the upper floor rooms and the villa's roof terrace.

Kitchen

Our modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware, cutlery, built-in oven, microwave oven, pots and pans, glasses, a table, and chairs.

Living Room

Villa Lotus Golden's living room features a seating area, air conditioning, a television, a satellite receiver, a wireless modem, and a table and chairs.

Terrace and Pool

The pool area features sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue, a dining table, garden furniture, and a swing. The attendant cleans the pool and the garden on a daily basis.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
