The Golden Villas consist of two adjoining single-floor properties situated in the tranquil Saribelen region of Kalkan, set amidst the mountains. These villas are perfect for guests looking for a quiet escape from the town's lively atmosphere.

Villa Golden 1 includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is a master suite featuring a double jacuzzi. The property boasts a large grass area and a private swimming pool that is entirely secluded, making it a fantastic option for families who value privacy.

The villas are a 20-25 minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. These properties perfectly blend tranquillity and luxury in a beautiful setting.

Interiors

The interiors of Villa Golden 1 are characterized by brightness, calmness, and airiness, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere suitable for hot summer days. The villa includes an open-plan living area designed to maximize space and light, which supports a welcoming environment. The living area features two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. 

The kitchen is well-lit and equipped with the necessary appliances and tools for meal preparation. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table for 6 provides a designated space for family meals. The bedrooms are furnished to promote relaxation and comfort for guests.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite with an en-suite shower room, double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Golden 1 is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a large pool terrace and a vast grassy area in the front. This outdoor space is entirely private and utterly unseen, offering a serene and secluded retreat.

The pool terrace features a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols designed for relaxation. It includes a swing seat, an outdoor seating area shaded by a pergola, and a marble dining table accommodating up to 8 guests. A BBQ is also provided, suitable for outdoor dining and entertaining. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
