Villa Glorious is situated in the Ulugol district of Kalkan. This luxurious villa has a secluded design and is conveniently located just a 4-5 minute drive from the town centre, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. The property comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, both equipped with jacuzzis, while the master bedroom also features a sauna. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are modern and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool with a shallow section and a children's pool area, as well as sun loungers, sunbathing platforms, parasols, a pergola daybed, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. Additionally, there is also a table tennis table available for your enjoyment.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with shallow and children's pool section, sunbathing platforms, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, outdoor seating, pergola daybed, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
