Villa Fey, situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, is a luxurious retreat that has recently undergone a high-standard refurbishment, ensuring a modern and comfortable living experience for its guests. The villa's location is convenient, being just a 10-15 minute walk away from the town center of Kalkan. The villa has 4 tastefully designed en-suite bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for each guest. The bedrooms are likely furnished with high-quality amenities, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living room in Villa Fey is designed for luxury, featuring elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and possibly large windows that allow natural light to brighten the space. The American-style kitchen is likely equipped with modern appliances and provides a stylish and functional area. The property has a spacious pool terrace, providing a perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment and relaxation. The private swimming pool adds a touch of exclusivity, allowing guests to unwind and take a refreshing dip in the privacy of their own accommodation. Note : As of November 2023, it's important to note that there are three new villas under construction in close proximity to Villa Fey. These new developments are expected to be completed during the winter of 2023/2024. While the current image gallery on the website does not display these new builds, we anticipate updating the website with new images showcasing the completed villas in the spring of 2024.

Spacious living room includes comfortable L-shape sofa, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large private swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
