Villa Everes is a beautiful property located in Kisla district of Kalkan. The villa offers an experience that is as visually stunning as it is comfortable with breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay. Villa Everes is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach clubs, including Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach Club, and Mahal Beach Club. Also, the town center is just a 25-minute walk or a quick 3-minute taxi ride away. The accommodation within Villa Everes is thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels. On the first floor lies one of the four en suite bedrooms - a luxurious double bedroom equipped with a jacuzzi. This room also features a balcony complete with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. Up on the second floor is another double bedroom, which opens up to a spacious terrace adorned with sun loungers. The lower ground level houses the remaining two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A gym area is also located on the lower ground level. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are designed to be open, bright, and spacious, offering a fantastic views of the sea. This space is perfect for family gatherings, meals, and relaxation. Outside, Villa Everes features a lovely sun terrace with a private swimming pool. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a swing seat. Additional amenities such as table tennis, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ are available, further enhancing the outdoor experience at Villa Everes.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £175 weekly.

The living room features a L-shape sofa, two armchairs, two coffee tables, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a table tennis shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
