Villa Estelia is tucked away in the serene Bezirgan district of Kalkan, this villa is designed with an emphasis on luxury and privacy, making it ideal for our guests seeking a more secluded retreat. It's hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, ensuring a calm and tranquil stay for its guests. It is located just a 20-minute drive away from the town center and beach clubs. The property can comfortably sleep five people, with 2 bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has also sauna and a jacuzzi. The interiors of Villa Estelia are designed to offer spaciousness and comfort. A large living area, kitchen, and dining area provide ample space for peaceful holiday. Outside, you are met with a private swimming pool featuring a jacuzzi and a children's pool section. The pool terrace also features sunbathing platforms, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a table tennis, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi and chilren's pool sections, sunbathing platforms, parasols, table tennis, table football, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
