Villa Elit 2 is one of two identical villas situated side by side, located above Kalkan. It offers a prime elevated position that affords mesmerising sea views. The property is conveniently situated approximately a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, providing easy access to the restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. The villa offers five well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, with the double bedrooms equipped with luxurious jacuzzi. The villa also features a sauna and table tennis facilities. The interiors are spacious and airy, seamlessly incorporating modern amenities throughout, ensuring a comfortable and contemporary living experience. One of the villa's most notable features is its expansive pool terrace and a 17-meter pool, which provide guests with the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the outdoor space and enjoy the stunning views that surround the property.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable L-shape sofa, a big coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, soundbar, and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-integrated kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table/breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
