The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The double bedrooms offer breathtaking sea view balconies. On the rooftop floor, you'll find a twin bedroom with a terrace furnished with pergola shaded outdoor seating and a table with chairs providing a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Inside, Villa Eftelya offers a spacious living area complete with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, the villa has a spacious pool terrace with a refreshing swimming pool.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
