Villa EA, located in Ortaalan district of Kalkan, is a treasure in our portfolio of budget villas. Located just below the D400 road, it's a 20-minute walk or a 4-5 minute taxi ride to the town center. This property features four cozy bedrooms. Two of these rooms are equipped with their own en-suite facilities and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The living area, combined with the kitchen and dining area, creates a spacious and welcoming environment. This open layout not only promotes a sense of spaciousness but also provides direct access to the pool terrace. The exterior of Villa EA has a lovely sun terrace including a private swimming pool where you can cool off, flanked by sun loungers and parasols parasols. It also features a step machine, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, a patio daybed, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
