Villa Diamond is situated in Kalamar district of Kalkan with incredible views of the azure Kalamar Bay. This splendid property is located just a mere 3-4 minute walk from the closest beach clubs such as Kalamar and Lures Beach Clubs. The town center is approximately a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi ride away. The villa has five en-suite bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its four floors. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom equipped with a jacuzzi bath and a furnished balcony, offering breathtaking sea views. A second double bedroom is situated on the second floor, featuring a freestanding bathtub and a private terrace with outdoor seating and sun loungers for you to unwind. The lower ground floor accommodates three additional double bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer en-suite facilities. The third bedroom is flexible and can be configured as a twin bedroom if requested. While this room doesn't have an en-suite bathroom, it has access to a shower room/WC across the hallway. This level houses a well-equipped games room, packed with entertainment options such as table football, air-hockey, a PlayStation 4, and darts. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A sauna, a new addition for 2023, provides a spot for relaxation and offers beautiful views through its window. This floor also features a furnished lower-level terrace and stairs that lead up to the pool terrace on the ground floor. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and floors spanning the length of the room. This design floods the property with natural light and provides direct access to the pool terrace. The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring several different areas to relax. It features an infinity-edge swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. There is also a table tennis available under a pergole at the back of the property.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £210 weekly.

The living room features comfortable L-shape sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features an infinity-edge swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
