Ground Floor

The property is set on one floor and houses everything on this floor, such as open-plan living space, modern kitchen, island unit with 6 stools which function as a dining table and total bedrooms of the villa. 

The living area has one plush sofa, two armchairs, a white coffee table, a wall-mounted smart TV and a table football. The villa's kitchen has everything you need during your stay, such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, and island unit with 6 stools.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room also contains a double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room also contains a double jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a wall-mounted TV.

The sliding glass doors from the ground floor lead to the pool terrace. 

Outdoors

Villa Deste's outside space is perfectly suitable for enjoying Kalkan's sunny days. The pool terrace is expansive and has a private sheltered pool with a shallow area, poolside shower, 4 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a swing seat, table tennis, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, pergola-shaded al fresco dining table, and a built-in stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
