Villa Deniz is located in the Akbel area of Kalkan. The villa has 1 bedroom for up to sleep 2 guests. The pool of the villa has an integrated jacuzzi and can be heated, it allows guests whole year holiday opportunity. With its secluded design, Villa Deniz is a very suitable villa option for conservative couples who are considering honeymoon.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £40 daily.

Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room includes sofas, armchair, wall mounted flat screen TV, sound system, coffee table, air conditioning and complimentary internet. Access to the pool terrace is possible through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The modern open plan kitchen includes fridge freezer, water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dining table and all the utensils necessarry for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Spacious pool terrace with private swimming pool includes sun loungers, parasol, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
