This exceptional property boasts 5 en suite bedrooms, with 2 located on the lower ground level, 2 on the first floor, and the last one on the top floor, which features a luxurious jacuzzi. The villa also features a spacious living area with an inviting American-style kitchen. Outside, the pool terrace is adorned with a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Villa Deida is just a short walk away from the renowned Kulube Hotel Beach Club and Kalamar Beach Club, with an array of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. A glass door leads to the roof terrace which is furnished with a swing sofa, two chairs and small table.

3. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Located on the lower ground level, there is an external staircase that leads up to the pool terrace from the patio garden.

5. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Located on the lower ground level, there is an external staircase that leads up to the pool terrace from the patio garden. 

The cupboard under the stairs on the lower ground level houses a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron available for guests to use.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
