Villa Cliff is located in the Baldiraz area of Kas and offers unrivaled views of the sea. It is only a 25-30 minute drive from Kas town center, providing easy access to the area's restaurants, bars, shops, and beach clubs. The interior of the Villa Cliff is an exquisite display of the timeless appeal of the character of the stone. This luxurious villa has 3 well appointed en-suite bedrooms, each carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and privacy. The double bedrooms invite you to relax in their outdoor jacuzzis, which are set on their private balconies where you can lose yourself in the dazzling sea views. The living, dining area and kitchen are designed to create a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere for both relaxation and entertaining. The outer area of the villa features an extesive sun terrace, including private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swinging seat, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Note : The last 5-6 km of the road to the villa is gravel and in some places you have to be very careful as it is stony.

The living room features two sofas, a coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swinging seat, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
