This exceptional villa impresses our guests with its beautifully appointed interiors, expansive pool terrace, sizeable swimming pool featuring a jacuzzi section, and table tennis facilities. The villa houses 5 spacious and generously-sized en-suite bedrooms. The double bedrooms located on the second floor offer an additional relaxation, with private jacuzzis that afford magnificent sea views. The living area has been thoughtfully furnished and leads directly out to the pool terrace and the fully equipped kitchen ensures that all culinary needs are met during your stay. Outer area of Villa Cina provides ample space to relax and unwind. You can sunbath, read books, enjoy refreshing drinks, or host a delightful barbecue feast. The villa is situated approximately 4-5 minute taxi ride or 20-minute walk downhill to Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops, bars and beach clubs.

Living Room

Open plan spacious living room features two comfy sofas, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, flat screen TV, dining table, and complimentary internet. There are also guest WC and utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board on the ground level. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace of the villa features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section that can be used as children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded outdoor seating, a table tennis, a swing seat, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
