We are thrilled to add this spacious, contemporarily designed 3-bedroom villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season. Villa Ceyhun is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering a combination of modern design and luxurious amenities. This villa features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. One of the standout features of Villa Ceyhun is its breathtaking sea views, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points throughout the property, including the living areas and outdoor spaces. 

The villa has a range of upscale amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. Guests can enjoy a sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), an indoor pool (which can be heated for an extra charge), a jacuzzi, a table tennis and a pool table.

The thoughtful layout of Villa Ceyhun makes it particularly suitable for conservative families, providing privacy and comfort in a modern setting.

The villa is located approximately 6-8 minutes by car from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available. Two nearby supermarkets, Sok and Migros Jet, provide shopping options for guests.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor features an open-plan layout that maximizes space. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample natural light, creating a bright and airy environment. This floor comprises the living area, kitchen, and dining area.

The living area features two black sofas with gold details, a beige armchair with gold details, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. A pool table is located in the space between the living area and the dining area. The sleek kitchen with beige and black colours features the most modern appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, Turkish coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. 

There is also a laundry area, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in a cupboard under the stairs. The guest's WC is also located on this floor. 

You can easily access the pool terrace through the large sliding doors from the living area.

First Floor

The first floor houses the first two bedrooms of the villa.

Bedroom 1 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room with fumed glass doors, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a built-in wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Bedroom 2 is a twin room. The room has an en-suite shower room with fumed glass doors, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a built-in wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony.

Second/Top Floor

The second/top floor houses the final bedroom and the spa area, which features an indoor pool, sauna, hammam and a double jacuzzi. The sliding glass doors from the spa area lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. You can enjoy the spectacular sea views from the bedrooms or indoor pool.

Bedroom 3 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room with fumed glass doors, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a built-in wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table. 

Outdoors 

The outside space of the villa is expansive and very suitable for basking in the sun. The pool terrace features a sizeable swimming pool with Roman steps and a children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, poolside shower, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table, a BBQ and table tennis complete the terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Important Notes

The final 200 meters of the road to the villa consists of a steep concrete slope.

The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £45 per day.
