Villa Cape House is a beautiful seafront property, located in the Peninsula area of Kas. It boasts unparalleled vistas of the sea and breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.  A special feature of this property is its private beach, which can be reached by taking stairs from the villa. The villa houses five bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. Four of these bedrooms are found in the main property, while the fifth, a double room, is housed in an annex on the left side of the villa, providing a touch of privacy. The first floor of the villa, which is also the entry level, is where the living area, kitchen and dining area are found. This level opens out to a large balcony that features outdoor seating, a table for dining in the open air, and a BBQ . The outside of the villa is just as inviting with a sun terrace that has an infinity swimming pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and benches are spread out on the terrace, along with another table for al fresco dining. Villa Cape House is only a 10-minute drive away from the center of Kas town. There are also restaurants close enough to walk to from the villa.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, sound system and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private infinity swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, benches and shaded al fresco dining table. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
