Villa Cagla 2 is a comfortable property located in the centre of Fethiye. It is one of two identical villas situated next to each other. It is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Fethiye town centre, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. The villa has 3 bedrooms, with the double bedrooms featuring en suite facilities and luxurious jacuzzi baths for ultimate relaxation. The interior living space and kitchen are comfortable and inviting, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Outside, the pool terrace offers a private oasis with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
