Villa Blue is nestled in the picturesque Bayindir area of Kas, offering breathtaking sea views and unparalleled serenity. This delightful villa features 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their very own furnished balconies, providing a private oasis where you can admire the mesmerizing sea views and bask in the tranquility of your surroundings. Interiors, you'll find spacious living areas, including a cozy living space, a delightful dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The outer area of Villa Blue features a private pool, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. This villa will give you a truly peaceful retreat 15-20 minute drive from the main town with restaurants, bars, and shops.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
