Villa Best is a spectacular property, one of two identical neighboring villas situated in the Akbel district of Kalkan. This beautiful villa is full of wonderful features that make it a perfect holiday destination. It offers a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam (or Turkish bath), a jacuzzi, a cinema room, a pool table, table tennis and table football facilities, underfloor heating, and an exercise bike. Plus, Villa Best is just a short 5-6 minute drive from the town center and beach clubs. The villa provides accommodation in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two of these rooms - one double and one twin bedroom - are located on the first floor. The double bedroom is beautifully designed with a freestanding bathtub and a furnished balcony for leisurely relaxation. The remaining double bedroom can be found on the lower ground floor, offering easy access to the spa, cinema and games area. The living room, kitchen, and dining are have huge windows from the floor all the way to the ceiling. These windows let a lot of light into the villa and lead right to the pool terrace. Outside, the villa features a private salt water swimming pool with a shallow section. This area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for a relaxing day by the pool. Additionally, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating area, a shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ are available on the pool terrace.

Living Room

The living room has a plush L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool with shallow section, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
