Villa Bella is situated in an elevated position in the Kordere district of Kalkan. It is just a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and beach clubs. The property has 3 bedrooms for sleep up to 6 guests. One of the double bedrooms has a jacuzzi bath. The double bedrooms are located on the first floor while the twin bedroom can be found on the lower ground floor, accompanied by a convenient kitchenette and a pool table.  An external staircase leads to the ground floor, where you'll find the spacious and bright living room and kitchen area, flooded with natural sunlight through sliding glass doors. The pool terrace of the property provides a highly suitable setting for relaxation and privacy, complete with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
