The property is situated just a short 4-5 minute walk from popular beach clubs like Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, and Mahal Beach Club. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a market in close proximity. The town center of Kalkan is easily accessible, being just a 25-30 minute walk away. The property itself features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The ground floor houses a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy double bedroom. The first floor is graced with another living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and al fresco dining table on the balcony. The second floor houses two double bedrooms, with one of them featuring a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Access to the first floor is through an external staircase leading from the pool terrace, and the second floor can be reached via an internal staircase from the first floor. The pool terrace offers a serene escape, featuring a private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded outdoor seating area. It's an ideal spot to relax under the sun or enjoy a refreshing drink in the evening.

Living Room

The ground floor living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall moundted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area. The first floor living room includes comfortable furnitures, coffee table, air conditioning and wall moundted flat screen TV.

Kitchen

The ground floor and first floor kitchens feature a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dinig table, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool. The pool terrace comprises sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
