It is just a short 5-minute drive away from the town centre, restaurants, shops and beach clubs. This well-designed villa has 3 en suite bedrooms. Each double bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and one of the them features a double jacuzzi as well. The ground floor provides an expansive living and dining space adorned with modern touches throughout. You are able to have fun with a table football and air hockey in the living area. For ultimate relaxation, the ground floor also houses a spa area complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam. Outside, Villa Bari greets you with a vast pool terrace, featuring a sizeable pool with roman steps and an integrated children's pool section. You can enjoy pergola shaded lounge area and swing seat, get some rays on comfortable sun loungers or dine al fresco at the inviting dining table.

Note : Pool heating is available for the indoor pool at an additional cost of £140 weekly.

The modern living room features comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, air hockey, table football and complimentary wifi. Full height sliding glasss doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, swing seat, children's playground, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
