Villa Badem is located in the Old Town of Kalkan. It is only a 3-minute walk from restaurants, shops and bars. You can also reach the Kalkan Public Beach and the Kalkan Harbour within an 8-minute walk. The property has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a furnished balcony with lovely sea views. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace which offers excellent views of the harbour and is the perfect place to enjoy a drink before heading into town for dinner. The villa's living area, dining area, and kitchen are comfortably furnished and well-equipped. Outside, the sun terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

3. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
