Villa Atilgan is located in the quiet Uzumlu district of Kalkan. This property is highly suitable for core families or families looking for the utmost privacy yet a luxurious feeling thanks to its secluded and elegant design. Villa Atilgan houses 2 en-suite bedrooms ( both have double jacuzzi baths ) and features a variety of amenities such as a private swimming pool with a children's pool section, children's play area, a cinema room, a sauna, a table tennis table and a table football. The cinema room of the villa can function as the third bedroom and can accommodate up to 7 guests in total occupancy. This room also has an en-suite shower room. 

Kalkan can be easily accessed from Uzumlu within approximately 10-15 minutes. This delightful town is recognized as one of the highlights of the Turquoise Coast, offering exceptional dining experiences and beach amenities. Turkey’s longest beach, the magnificent Patara, is only a 20-minute drive from the town.

Ground Floor

The villa has been skillfully designed by architects, which is evident in its spacious and well-planned layout. There’s an expansive open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room with a unique dining table and state-of-the-art cooking appliances. The living room has a large, modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The cinema room with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. It can be used as the third bedroom or room for watching movies on chilled nights.

First Floor

This floor is occupied by the main bedrooms of the villa, sauna and laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, vanity table and a wardrobe. The other has a double bed, a single bed, a jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a vanity table and a wardrobe. The sauna is also strategically placed between the bedrooms. 

Outdoors

The luxurious hillside villa also features an expansive pool terrace. The large swimming pool includes an integrated wading pool – perfect for a cooling dip or for smaller children to splash – and an outside shower, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a shaded dining area, outdoor furnishings, a children's play area, a table tennis table and a table football. You can reach the open-plan living, kitchen, dining area and cinema room directly from the terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
