Villa Asteria is a luxurious and secluded villa located in Kordere area of Kalkan. It consists of two villas stacked on top of each other. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, where you can find restaurants, shops, bars and beach clubs. It trully offers unrivalled views of the sea and mountains. It features 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. Modern, comfortable interiors enhance the feeling of space in the living and dining areas while the kitchen is appointed with the latest amenities. The pool terrace is expansive and includes a sheltered swimming pool with a shallow area, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
