Villa Aslan is a luxury holiday villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa is designed to modern standards and has 4 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, accommodating up to 8 people. One of the suite bedrooms have a Jacuzzi, and there are other amenities such as a Turkish bath and a sauna. The spacious kitchen and living room are on the same floor and open onto the pool terrace, which features sun loungers, a dining table, seating area, and a barbecue. Each bedroom has a spacious balcony with a stunning sea view. The villa is suitable for large families and groups of friends, and there are also facilities for infants and a laundry room. The villa is quiet and secluded, providing an ideal holiday opportunity away from the noise of the city.

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool with a children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
