Villa Argento  is located in the Gokseki area of Kas, offering spectacular sea views. It is only a 10-minute drive from Kas town center, providing easy access to the area's restaurants, bars and shops. The closest beach clubs which is called Akcagerme is aprroximately 5-minute drive away. This beautiful villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, each has its own private furnished balcony overlooking the sea. The living, dining area and kitchen are modern and spacious. The outside area of the villa features a sizeable sun terrace, including private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a shaded al fresco dining table. There is also a BBQ area with a park bench style dining table to the right of the villa.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, wooden dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
