Villa Arda, located in Fethiye Ovacik, is an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends. Our four-bedroom villa can sleep up to eight people. Our facility, which is close to Ovacik's center and the beach, will allow you, our valued guests, to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Our villa with a sheltered pool area is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, and a hairdryer are provided.

2nd Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a make-up table, an air conditioner, and a balcony exit are provided.

3rd Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, an air conditioner, a bathroom, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a balcony exit are provided.

4th Bedroom: Includes two single beds, a bedside table, a shelf, a wardrobe, an air conditioner, a bathroom with a toilet, a hair dryer, and access to the balcony.

Kitchen

Dining table chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, built-in oven, kettle, water dispenser, dinnerware, pots, and other kitchen equipment are available in the kitchen designed in the American kitchen style.

Living Room

There is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, and a wi-fi modem, as well as a satellite system. There is a door leading to the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

A private swimming pool is available. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once per day, either in the morning or evening.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
