Villa Ambar Ev, is a stone villa hidden on the hillside overlooking the mediterranean coast and is just a short distance from Kalkan by driving. The property is set over two floors, has three bedrooms accommodates up to six guests. Minimalist interiors are offset with large glass picture windows framing the mountainous interiors and azure seascape panoramic views.

Living Room

Our villa's living room features a sitting area, TV, internet access, a dining table, and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our villa's private swimming pool has an integrated jacuzzi jets. On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
