Villa Almon is situated in the Kalkan Patara area and features 2 ens-suite bedrooms, accommodating a total of 4 guests. Our villa offers mesmerising sea view and has been thoughtfully designed, blending exquisite stone and wooden elements. It is an ideal choice for conservative families and offers a sense of privacy. Suitable for families and honeymooners alike, our villa is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a stylish jacuzzi in the double room. The property has two swimming pools. The one located at the back of the villa, is accessible from the bedroom terrace, while the front garden features a barbecue area, tables, and chairs on the pool terrace. With its spacious pool and stunning stone architecture, our bespoke villa offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its beautiful natural surroundings and panoramic sea view. Moreover, the villa overlooks the renowned Patara beach and ancient cities, and provides a breathtaking sunset view in the evenings.

Please note that the final 5 kilometres of the road leading to the property is a stabilized road.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features two private swimming pools, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
