Villa Ali's Home is a luxury summer rental holiday villa located on the Çukurba? peninsula in Ka?. It has 3 suite bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is within close proximity to the sea and offers its guests stunning panoramic sea views. Our extremely modern designed villa will be a good choice for an unforgettable holiday with you and your dear friends. The pool area includes sun loungers, a sitting group, a table, chairs and a hammock. It is possible to reach the beaches and the city center in a few minutes by car from our villa, which is 5 km away from the center of Kas.

Note: There is a private pier that can be found 100 meters away where guests can go down to the sea .

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, a bedside table, a jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom, WC and an exit to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: Includes a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom, WC, and a balcony.

3rd Bedroom:  2 single beds, a wardrobe, a  bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom, a WC & bathroom and a balcony.

Living Room: The living room has a beautiful sea view (on the pool floor) and includes a sitting group, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioner, sink, iron,  ironing board and a WIFI modem. An exit to the poolside is available. 

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, a 4-burner stove, electric kettle, a dinner set for 6 people, pans, pots and cutlery, etc.

Pool: The large pool terrace includes a private swimming pool combined with a stunning sea view.

Garden: The garden area includes sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, a shower, a dining table and chairs.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
