The villa spans three floors and offers beautiful views of Kalkan town and the distant islands in the sea from its upper levels. Inside, the design is modern and chic, with a cozy living space finished in inviting shades of grey. All bedrooms are bright and airy, featuring en suite bathrooms with custom tiling and walk-in showers. There are two master bedrooms, each equipped with private jacuzzis, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning azure vistas. Outside, the villa features a gorgeous wrap-around terrace, garden, and private swimming pool, which looks stunning at night with various ambient lighting. Additionally, there's more outdoor space at the head of the villa off the top floor bedroom, where a large furnished roof terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage as the sun sets. Villa Alesta is just a 10-minute walk from the town center, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to be close to the action.

The living room offers a plush sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
