Villa Akropol is located in Patara district of Kas. The stone architecture of Villa Akropol has been meticulously crafted. The property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, sheltered private pool and it is only 15 minute drive from the world-famous Patara Beach and ancient cities. We welcome you to our villa for a quiet and peaceful vacation with the views of Patara Beach and mountains.

Please note that the final 5 kilometres of the road leading to the property is a stabilized road.

The living room features comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
