Villa Akdag is a lovely 4-bedroom property located in the Oludeniz area of Fethiye. The property is situated only 950 meters to Orka World Hotel and Aqua Park. It is just a 15-minute walk to town center of Hisaronu and just a 7-8 minute drive to Oludeniz Beach. Our villa showcases a contemporary and elegant interior, offering a spacious atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. The outer terrace has a sun terrace surrounded by an extensive garden area. The sun terrace comprises a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
