Villa Akasya 1 is situated in Kalkan's Kordere area, offering guests breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and sea. The villa, which was completed in 2020, is finished to a high standard and can accommodate up to six guests in its 3 ground floor bedrooms. Outside, guests can relax, sunbathe, and dine alfresco, while enjoying the infinity pool with a shallow end and jacuzzi area. There are three villas in close proximity to each other in this area. They can be considered as an option for accommodating large groups and families. The centre of Kalkan can be reached within 7-8 minutes, providing access to shops and restaurants. This beautiful property is also an ideal option for families seeking a conservative atmosphere. 

Note : The location of Villa Akasya 1 is not ideal for walking to the town centre, however the drive to the centre of Kalkan takes approximately 7 - 8 minutes. Please note that access to this property is very steep, so it may not be suitable for individuals with walking difficulties.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. The property's garden is a delightful outdoor feature. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
