Villa Ada is located in Kordere district of Kalkan, offering uninterrupted views of the sea and the islands. It is just 6-7 minute drive to Kalkan town center and beach clubs. The villa has a contemporary, stylish design and it features sauna, hammam, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, table tennis, table football and pool table. Villa Ada has 3 en-suite bedrooms for up to sleep 6 guests.The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and furnished balcony with wonderful sea views. The living area, kitchen, dining areas are spacious and well-appointed, from this areas sliding glass door provides a direct access to the balcony furnished with shaded outdoor seating and an al fresco dining area with BBQ. The pool terrace of the villa is sheltered and not visible from the outside. The outdoor pool of the villa has salt water system.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £35 daily.

Note : Underfloor heating system can be activated on request for an additional cost of £43 daily.

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large salt water swimming pool with jacuzzi section. The pool terrace comprise comfortable sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, shaded outdoor seating and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
