A recent addition to our luxury villa collection for 2024! Villa 360 is a luxurious property situated in an elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, offering spectacular sea views of Kalkan Bay, Mouse and Snake Islands. The villa boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a Bose sound system, table tennis, pool table, table football, gym area, cinema room, Xbox console, darts, and a punching ball. This versatile and stylish villa has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, accommodating 10-13 people across five en-suite bedrooms. The first-floor bedrooms feature private balconies, while the second-floor bedroom offers a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, a table, four chairs, a kosk, and a parasol, providing breathtaking views. One of the double bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor with external access from the pool terrace (14-15 stairs). This area can be considered as one bedroom suite. The bedroom is conveniently located within its own apartment, which provides a full lounge, a kitchenette and dining area, and a shower room (sleeps 2 but can sleep 3 if using the connecting door to the cinema room). The suite lounge features comfortable sofas, chairs, and a large television, creating a cool, relaxing area. The suite's kitchenette/dining area is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities, a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave, and a dining table with chairs for four people. Additionally, this area provides a private gym with exercise bikes, a treadmill, an x-trainer, weights, exercise mats, yoga balls, and other hand-held equipment, as well as a games room with an Xbox, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a smart TV, a cinema screen, and Netflix. This cinema/games room can be accessed from the lounge through a connecting door, offering additional sleeping space for two more guests if required. 

Things to know

The villa can accommodate up to three additional guests. The eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth guests (if applicable), shall be accommodated on a double sofa bed situated within the cinema room and/or additional single-sized fold-out beds, which may be placed in either of the first floor bedrooms. This must be arranged in advance, and additional costs may apply.

The lower ground bedroom suite is accessed separately from the main part of the house, so it's not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £200 weekly

Three sets of hair-straighteners are provided for guests' use

Bedrooms

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

5. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, dressing room, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

Living Room

The living area is tastefully decorated and has a large, luxurious L-shaped sofa, plus armchairs, a large TV with English satellite channels, Xbox, DVD player and complimentary wifi. A BOSE sound system and amplifier streams music to inbuilt speakers inside and out on the terrace. There's also a cloakroom and a toilet on this floor, along with a laundry room. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The open-plan stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary starter capsules, water chiller, dining table for 10 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay. From the kitchen, you can enjoy breathtaking views through full-width patio doors to two sides. One opens onto the pool sun terrace and offers unparalleled vistas of Kalkan Bay. The other opens onto the poolside bar, BBQ and dining area, where you can soak up the sun and admire the pool and the bay of Kalkan.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets and children's pool (4.5 m length, 3m width and 0.35m depth), sun loungers, parasols, corner seating area with coffee table, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. An outdoor bar is also situated next to the BBQ area, incuding incorporating fridge, 5 bar stools and ample shelves stocked with plastic glassware and crockery for outdoor use around the pool. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
