The lower ground floor houses 3 en-suite bedrooms, offering a tranquil retreat away from the communal areas. A designated fitness room, also situated on the lower ground floor, is equipped with modern exercise equipments including a treadmill, cross trainer etc. Maksi Apart No.2 boasts two pool terraces, each featuring a private swimming pool. Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The swimming pool, situated on the ground floor is surrounded with a nice pool terrace which comprises sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. The  second swimming pool, situated on the lower ground floor is surrounded with pool terrace and grass area has sun loungers. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Apartment is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this apartment is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
