This is a beautiful villa with wonderful views and total privacy - a real find. It has everything you could possibly want within the villa and the pool is serviced regularly. The local area is beautiful with a 10 minute car journey to the marina and a beautiful beach with the clearest sea. We had a wonderful week there. The agents - Kalkan Escapes - are SO incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. especially Altan. Top tip: you will definitely need a 4x4 car to get up to the villa as it's currently a fairly challenging unmade road. And I mean definitely. :)

A great villa and it could not be in a better place. We only had a 3 minute walk into town. The villa was a little dated but a refreshing is happening this year. We had to ask for a couple of things mugs,toaster,kettle but all were sorted quickly. The villa says it’s for 10 people but the top floor bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and two single beds. The room was not suitable for adults only children. I would recommend the villa but I think 8 people would struggle as there is only seats on the table and outside for 6. We were a party of 5 people and had a fantastic holiday.

Myself and 10 friends stayed in Villa Falcon for 6 days and had the most fantastic time. The villa was beautiful, in very good condition and if any issues occurred, someone was sent round almost immediately. In terms of location, the villa is perfectly situated above Kalkan with a perfect view of the town and sea. It was a 10 minute walk from a supermarket but also a 10 minute drive from town, the sea and beach clubs. The taxi service was great to and from town even with a big group. Altan was always on hand to answer any questions, send any recommendations and book trips/transfers - he was a huge help and reassurance prior to and during the holiday. I would definitely recommend booking through Kalkan Escapes.

Few words can describe just how beautiful Villa Mavi Kelebek truly is. A group of 14 of us had the most amazing 10 nights. There was ample room for us all, especially with there being an ensuite for every bedroom. Also, great communal social spaces with the most amazing dining room table, which we made great use of. The outdoor space was beautiful and includes an amazing and spacious infinity pool, which looks over the most amazing view in the whole of Kalkan! The sunsets were next to none. I really can’t recommend this villa enough. Would like to say a massive thank you to Altan and the Villa Escapes team for the recommendation. They never fail to disappoint with the service and recommendations. We cannot wait to visit again in the future with their help!

What a lovely villa! Villa Mirage is just like the photos. Beautiful spacious modern villa with all you need plus the amazing outdoor space and pool with a wonderful view too. Perfect for a family holiday. Lots of steps so not good for anyone with mobility problems. Would recommend! We will be back. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing experience staying in the apartment booked through Kalkan Escapes. The service was excellent from the very start. Altan was quick to respond to all of our questions, making the booking process easy and hassle-free. The apartment itself was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and with stunning views. Altan met us upon arrival, gave us a detailed tour, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely book through Kalkan Escapes again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Royal 2 was absolutely amazing and we really had the most wonderful time. The pictures of the villa from the booking website do not do it justice as it was better. The views from the villa are panoramic and especially amazing at night. The villa staff were so helpful and happy that they made the stay even better. We would definitely come back again. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Iris - it is brilliantly located - just a short walk to the harbour. The villa was clean, the pool was a good size and ensuites for every bedroom was a definitely bonus. The kitchen was a little short of supplies compared to villas we have rented previously (no salt / pepper / washing up liquid, etc.) but that was easily remedied with a trip to Migros. Altan at Kalkan Escapes was also incredibly friendly and helpful; he was quick to respond to any requests and really lovely to deal with at every stage from booking through to our stay.

I've never done a last minute holiday before and with all past holidays they've always been through a British company. Having trawled thru last minute.com holidays and all over Europe I hit a brick wall. So I went on line to explore Kalkan in Turkey, a place I love and know and by chance came across Kalkan escapes based locally. I asked my friend who lives there if he could get them to call me and five minutes later Altan called and within half an hr he had the perfect place for us. Villa Cecili. Up in the hills stunning views. The outside space, pool, seating areas and table tennis, an absolute dream. A real home from home inside with so much space. The whole experience made our week away feel like 2 weeks. Great mattress (there's nothing worse than having to put up with a rubbish mattress on holiday) the air conditioning was really gentle and effective, I usually hate to have to use it but it didn't bother us at all in the villa. And the icing on the cake!? Altan. The company clearly pride themselves on delivering the kind of support and service that people on holiday need quickly and often. Nothing was too much trouble. Proper help and advice, not based on getting a cut of whatever we wanted to book and because they're local their knowledge of restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc was vast. Different ball game. So a huge thank you to Altan and Kalkan escapes for a Perfect trip ☺️

We have just got back from an incredible week in Kalkan. We booked through Kalkan Escapes, and all questions before booking, arrangements of transfers, and whilst on holiday, were answered by the lovely Altan. It was the first time we had booked a villa and we were a little nervous, Altan was amazing, offering great advice throughout our holiday. He was always willing to help, and no request was too big. We stayed in Villa Aura A and waking up to the beautiful views every morning was amazing. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The kids and I had a fantastic time in the pool, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a unique holiday experience.
